  • Reports to Operations Director – working closely with Internal and External Teams including – Sales / Stock / Warehouse etc
  • Ordering- Placing orders with partnered German factory for kitchen furniture as per spec required from client
  • Ordering kitchen appliances with third party suppliers as well as sourcing out of stock models
  • LSOP (Live State of Play) management- Organising the live state of play document which is used to manage all the requirements of each site including delivery dates making sure that it is accurate
  • Issues – Working directly with internal and external project managers to identify any issues with kitchens during or after installation on sites and to resolve them in time to meet completion dates
  • Client Queries- Dealing with any queries received from site managers regarding delivery dates and specific customer requirements and ensuring that the customer receives on time deliveries
  • Site Variation Orders- working alongside the CAD department to price up any upgraded options selected by clients and sending these to the customer to sign off

  • Based in a Team of sixteen and reports to the Line Manager
  • Manage the movement of stock from the Supplier into the Warehouse
  • Work with long lead times of circa 80 + days – all products are shipped via Containers from China
  • Liaise directly with Freight Forwarders to organise shipping – this includes booking containers
  • Quote led times to the Sales Team and Customers- checks and agrees production lead times with Suppliers in the Far East (quotes these dates to Customers considering their requirements)
  • Place and Progress purchase orders- Raises purchase orders to fulfil Customer orders ensuring that they are delivered on time
  • Manage the Critical Path- using the critical path software to manage all orders keeping them on track and meeting deadlines
  • Work alongside other departments as part of the order process such as Buyers for product costs and Branding, Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure all products are to the correct testing standard before releasing shipments
  • Send sales order acknowledgements to confirm the order, handover/shipment dates, prices, products, and quantities
  • Chair weekly conference calls with the Far East Merchandising Team discussing all orders to highlight any issues that need to be followed up to keep all orders on track for confirmed delivery date
  • Manage Samples- ensures any Customer sample requests are detailed on the purchase order, following up with Far East Suppliers to ensure they are delivered on time and checked by the QA Team before sending to Customers for approval
