- As well as making sure all parts that are in WIP are monitored and tracked Daily, then reported Weekly to all relevant departments
- Attending Daily meetings to measure and monitor the root cause of any metrics that do not meet the specified targets, then providing actions and recovery plans enabling reporting Weekly
