- Responsible for several key parts of supply chain for the company
- Building our reports and forecasts so we can plan with other key stake holders in the business through our S&OP process to decide on stock intakes, how to manage current inventory and working with suppliers to ensure we keep the stock levels at a healthy balance of financially sustainable and can support volume driven by the business
- Lead a monthly call on S&OP where I present back to heads of departments in the business on updates to forecast driven by different sales channels and impacts on stock levels and present scenarios and suggestions on what we should do based on this
- Build all the weekly reports looking at dispatches vs forecasts on all products and ensure forecasts are accurate and challenge the business to ensure we the correct decisions are made
- Build reports on the finances of our stock and look at week by costs of supply chain and compare that to budgets. We also have a lot of ongoing projects that I will be a part of that effect demand, and I enjoy working with other departments to
- Ensure supply chain is being considered in every discussion that it could impact
- Took on the refurbishment process of CPE for the company that saves the business millions each year now being able to send refurbished devices out instead of new each time

- Use sales data and sales managers data to build forecasts to feed back to our production teams in Germany to get stock manufactured
- Deal with daily orders coming in through SAP and manage the data the whole way through the process of an order coming in through to invoicing
- Manage maxi nutrition stock in ASDA and make sure stock levels are sufficient and work with ASDA and merchandisers to make sure everything runs smoothly
