- Working as part of a team reporting to the HR Manager
- Delivered effective coaching and support to line managers across the bank to enable them to confidently deal with HR issues by advising what options were open to them
- Managed a portfolio of disciplinary and absence cases and employee health cases, advising and supporting people managers on related matters
- Supported line managers with the investigations process, arranged formal meetings and prepared the formal letters and paperwork
