  • Support HR Manager and HR Business Partner by ensuring consistent and up-to-date knowledge and advice is given to the Management teams and ensuring that the HR Team always provides a professional HR service to the Company
  • Implement and advise on Employment policies and procedures that are both relevant and effective in helping the Company manage employee matters consistently
  • Arrange, attend, and record all Interviews as required, including Employment matters, Employee relations, investigation, and discipline hearings etc

  • Manage all Recruitment processes including completing Authority to Hire forms, advertisements, interviews, and contracts of Employment

  • Administer and manage the sickness and absence policy and ensure that all sickness information is sent through to Payroll

  • Recruited all outstanding Production Operative roles that have been vacant for a number of months, this included attending a local factory that was closing down to promote Vacancies
  • Advise and guide Managers and Team Leaders on  policy and procedures to ensure consistency throughout the Factory
  • Introduced a new Employee Probationary Review process, by creating weekly check in’s, monthly 1-2-1’s, and revising the 3- & 6-month reviews
