- Refreshed Suttons Fundamental Safety Rules, incorporating them into all documents, training, safety plans and communications, establishing awareness and values, giving strong brand identity to safety
- Introduced quarterly regional H&S Committee meetings for all Workshop Managers
- Refreshed controls relating to DSEAR (Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres), one benefit includes removing the need for tank wash before certain hot works, saving circa £3k per chlorine vessel

- Reviewed the Health and Safety Management system in Its entirety and refreshed and redesigned elements of this including streamlining document retention, accident recording and removing outdated process or duplication of process
- Reviewed and rewrote the annual audit program and template, removing duplicate questions and sections while introducing additional sections identified through gap analysis
- Implemented and onboarded a cloud-based online Health, Safety, Sustainability and Chemical Management System, creating and delivering training for colleagues in all levels of the business
- Conducted a review of the Manual Handling training for the Group, creating a bespoke Manual Handling course relevant to the automotive industry and the Manual Handling hazards the organisation’s colleagues experience
