Position – Senior Import/Export Specialist

Responsible for handling both import and export operations for the company, including logistics and customs procedures for the USA, Taiwan, and the UK. This involves managing road, sea, and air transport for both import and export and completing all appropriate shipping documentation. Demonstrates a hands-on and proactive approach by working with forwarders, couriers, airlines, and shipping lines/agents, achieving a 97% on-time delivery rate during Covid-19. Also manages the shipping and warehouse department for dangerous goods, ensuring compliance with IATA, IMDG, and ADR regulations.

  • Works as part of a team of 4 reporting to Customer Service Manager and Director of Operations
  • Work closely with a number of couriers, freight forwarders, shipping lines and airlines
  • Ensure the consignments are delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner
