- Implementing ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 in the fastest time
- HSE lead for the mobilisation team which was to set up the two large franchises. The franchises have in excess of 300 vehicles and 900 employees being brought into the company over a weekend
- Changing the Safety Culture within the business from a reactive to proactive environment
