Key responsibilities:
- Managing customer orders over the phone and acting as a trusted advisor
- Identifying upselling opportunities and suggesting additional products or services
- Supporting customers to grow and make the most of digital ordering channels
- Analysing buying patterns to create meaningful, value adding conversations
- Handling queries and challenging situations professionally and efficiently
- Consistently working towards sales targets while maintaining high service standards
About you:
- Friendly, outgoing and confident when speaking to customers
- Experience in sales or a customer focused environment
- Comfortable selling over the phone and building long term relationships
- Motivated by targets and incentives
- Resilient, organised and professional in your approach
