Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 (DOE)

RSNW Ltd are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join a successful firm in the Rochdale area. Reporting to an Accounts Manager and Finance Director, your role will involve providing support across Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Teams as required.

The Role

  • Processing invoices and journals 
  • Allocating cash
  • Completing reconciliations
  • Liaising with customers and clients (internal and external) in resolving queries, raising invoices, and managing card payments/ setting up direct debits
  • Contribute and provide support with the month-end process
  • Supporting the Financial Director & Accounts Manager as required

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience from within a similar setting is essential
  • Competent in processing high volumes of data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Hands on experience in managing accounts
  • Confident using/ able to adapt well to software systems and databases
  • AAT qualification – Desirable
