Job Role; Office Admin – with basic Finance support

Location; Rochdale – due to location needs to be a car owner / driver – on site car parking

Salary; £20,000 WITH – generous holidays / annual salary reviews / pension and much more!

Based on the edge of Rochdale and Middleton – Charlotte and I are looking to appoint an Admin Assistant who can also work in support of a Finance team. The role can lead to a more Finance based career path for the right Candidate!

Based within Head Office – Admin and Finance the role will be varied on a day to day basis working across;

  • Coding and Batching of Purchase Ledger Invoices – daily
  • Input of Cash – BACS / Cheque and Transfers
  • Process of Staff Expenses – update of Excel
  • Update of Head Office and Treasury Files

Once you are established in this role there will be opportunities for you to move into a more Finance based career which will include;

  • Assisting with Bank Reconciliations
  • Assisting with preparation of Purchase Ledger for Month End
  • Supplier Statement Reconciliations

At this point your salary will be reviewed to being more in line with that of a Finance Assistant – you will also be offered an opportunity to commence your AAT Studies!

The role of Admin – with basic Finance is a role for a career minded individual who is wants a career across Administration and Finance.
