Job Role – Administration
Location – Rochdale
Salary – £20,000 – £21,000
Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 12 month FTC
Consultants – Karen Reynolds and Rebecca Mayall
Our client in Rochdale is looking for an experienced Administrator within their Export team.
Daily duties will include but are not limited to:
- Daily procedure of Export Invoicing for both Freight and Customs
- To respond promptly and accurately to enquiries / Invoice queries via Email and telephone
- Electronic Bookings of Inbound Purchase Invoices from other Branches
- To ensure all Invoices are issued in time for the monthly deadline
- Data entry through in-house systems and Excel
- Other general adhoc duties
