The FTM support team provides day to day support to the team of FTM National Managers, wider Sales Team and their customers. As a key member of the team you will be responsible for supporting both internal and external customers, ensuring deadlines are met across all areas within our business.
- You will provide administrative support to our FTM sales team
- maintaining and verifying customer contract pricing,
- organising customer samples, price list production, and analysis of spreadsheets and data.
- As one of the main points of contact for our customers, excellent communication skills are essential.
You will work to departments key performance indicators and have regular communication with the National Account team. You will have bimonthly 121 meetings with your line manager and Quarterly 121 meetings with your National Account Manager.
Experience in a fast moving, pressurised team environment is essential, together with outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. You will have proven problem-solving skills with the ability to manage customer service issues effectively.
The proven ability to generate, read and understand sales data is desirable, together with a good attention to detail. Experience of using Excel to an intermediate level is advantageous.
