3 months Temporary Assignment paying £12.89 per hour inclusive of holiday

This is a fabulous opportunity to get your foot in the door with a key client.

Reporting to the Head of Facilities you will be taking on the following:

  • Greeting visitors and guests
  • Managing switchboard / incoming calls
  • Managing room bookings
  • Arranging rooms and hospitality for meetings
  • Franking daily mail
  • Raising invoices

You are likely to have an excellent manner in telephone and in person and have experience of some of the above activities

You will also enjoy working as part of a lively and professional team of individuals
