Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Cashier to join our team in a busy professional practice. This role is essential to maintaining accurate financial records, managing client payments, and supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process client payments (cash, card, electronic) and issue receipts
  • Record daily financial transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Reconcile receipts with bank statements and accounting records
  • Assist with accounts receivable and client billing processes
  • Maintain accurate cash handling and banking procedures
  • Support the accounting team with data entry and financial reporting

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a cashier or bookkeeping role (ideally in a practice or professional services environment)
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Good organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
