About the client

 Our client offers office spaces to rent to businesses across a range of different industries. They are looking for a Business Centre Manager, to act as the main point of contact for businesses who are renting spaces in the centre.

  • Monthly Commission between £200-£500 per month

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Act as the onsite representative for dealing with communal estate management matters
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with tenants
  • Assist with issues across repairs, equipment, and rent queries
  • Work to fill vacant office spaces, by placing adverts/showing tenants around vacant spaces
  • Ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out efficiently
  • Any additional duties as they come

Skills & Experience

  • Confident and personable character
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Microsoft Word/Excel experience
  • Organised and able to plan/manage own workload
  • Have a passion for Customer Service/Sales
