Job Role; Buying Assistant
Location; Rochdale – on site car parking
Salary; £20,000 – with a generous benefits package

With our Client we are looking to appoint a Buying Assistant.
Working as part of a small / friendly and likeable team the Buying Assistant will work across an established set of Customers based in the UK and Europe. On a day to day basis you will work to provide Admin Support using inhouse Purchasing Software and using Supply Chain processes – our Client will provide full training and on-going support.
The job will will include;
- Contacting Suppliers by Telephone and Email
- Input of Orders to the Purchase Order system
- Advise Customers of Lead Times
- Working closely with the Sales Teams
- Assist with forward Planning and Diary Management.
No two days will be the same – so hopefully you will like variety!!
The role is offered Monday – Friday – with excellent training / personal development and on-going career progression.
