Job Role: Commercial Analyst

Location: Wigan – on site car parking / home working every other Friday

Salary: up to £30000 with a comprehensive benefits package

Our client is a global business with a large commercial site in the Wigan area

We are currently looking to appoint a Commercial Analyst – reporting to the Commercial Manager and Regional Director.

You will already have experience – perhaps within a supply chain environment – and will be able to bring the following:

The Commercial Analyst will play a key role in:

• Business Contracts and Agreement – reviews and negotiations
• Identifying relevant patterns / discrepancies in products and sales
• Involvement with preparation of tenders
• Consultation with suppliers on prices and agreements
• Contribution to the forward path of the business

The successful candidate will bring strong Excel and reporting skills matched with the ability to communicate information and advice with all stakeholders – thus you will build and maintain strong Commercial relationships

Finally, the role requires a proactive character who will be able to Report Commercial Data and Analysis at Team Meetings and be prepared to make recommendations in respect of Pricing / Contracts / Margins etc.

The role is offered Monday – Friday 9.00 is – 5.00 pm OR 8.00 am – 4.00 pm and offers working from home every other Friday – it also comes with a generous benefits package.
