Office Based (Hybrid after probations)


We are working with a key client in Central Manchester to hire a Compliance / Health and Safety Administrator. In this role you will be assisting the Compliance Manager and the Health and Safety Manager with inbox management, compliance, training and communications.

Duties for the Compliance Administration role include:

  • Responding to issues in a timely manner and owning through to satisfactory completion by taking responsibility for every query received.
  • Escalating issues where necessary in a timely manner and ensuring satisfactory completion.
  • Using reporting to highlight problems areas where issues are failing to be resolved.
  • Produce and maintain a tracker spreadsheet to improve visibility of all risk management email inbox status each morning.
  • Escalate to H&S coordinator where issues are not understood or cannot be dealt with.
  • Any issue requiring urgent assistance to be escalated to the H&S Manager immediately.
  • Assist the compliance manager on the production, updating of compliance reporting.
  • Assist the H&S Coordinator and H&S Manager on updating client systems as required.
  • Produce required KPI reports as per client requirement or the compliance manager.
  • Have full overview of outstanding actions on Q – Compliance regarding Quantum audits and agree procedure for dealing with said actions
  • Understand current KPI’s and agree new ones for driving better compliance at managed sites.
  • Become the key person logging and dealing with all pollution incidents, help to close these out, and report the status of these at Health, Safety and Environmental panel meetings as per the Env Coordinator requirements.
  • Undertake training on HS & E to gain knowledge and competency in the areas required to work in.
  • Contribute towards the H&S newsletter

  • High attention to detail, well organised and a good initiative level
  • Strong team Player
  • Be articulate, professional and persuasive with a good telephone manner and good report writing skills
  • Show the ability to cross sell other services within Savills
  • Ability to work with relatively  high degree of autonomy with minimal supervision
  • Be adaptable and above all keen and enthusiastic
  • Willingness to learn through internal training as well as independently
