What you need to bring as the Compliance Team Leader
- Evidence of a career choice in Compliance or Audit to date
- Potential experience / exposure within property
- Working with business processes and systems
- Proven ability to deal with clients at all levels

- Drive and confidence
What you will be doing as the Compliance Team Leader:
- Managing and driving a small team of Compliance experts
- Ensuring a compliant business environment
- Conformance monitoring – internal and external
- Auditing department functions and activities
- Reporting to senior management
