Job Description

We are working with a unique business who are on the market for a contracts manager experienced within completing fit out and refurbishment projects within hospitality, hotels and stadia.

You will work closely with the planning and project management teams to ensure the successful completing and handover of projects. The contracts manager will be tasked with overseeing the construction programs, identifying potential value engineering options and coordinating with site managers to ensure the smooth strong delivery of all projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and Build or traditional fit out background.
  • Site Management Background
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Experience of working on medium to high value hospitality and leisure projects
  • attend and lead project meetings with clients, owners, reps, colleagues, sub-trades, contractors and other project stakeholders.
  • Sub contractor Management.
  • Ensuring prep of final accounts with all associated documentation for swift agreement with the client in a such way as the maximise probability and cashflow.
  • Ensuring the terms and conditions of the contractors orders are agreed.
  • Liaising with the client to ensure a smooth and on-time completing.
