Essential Qualities:

  • Background in customer service or a similar fast-paced customer-oriented setting
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer-centric approach
  • Empathetic and patient, with the ability to handle various customer personalities
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to think on your feet
  • Team player with a positive and proactive attitude

Desirable Qualities:

  • Prior experience in customer service roles within retail, hospitality, or related industries
  • Familiarity with using customer service software and tools
  • Ability to adapt to new challenges and a willingness to learn and grow
