Responsibilities as Customer Service Advisor

• Address Customer queries and complaints
• Assist Customers with purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain customer relationships
• Handle sales and post purchase issues with confidence
• Keep up to date with products and services

What you need to bring:

• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
• A confident and professional manner
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
