Duties & Responsibilities

  • Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
  •  Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions, upselling products, and meeting sales targets.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Handling any issues that arise during the sales process or after a purchase.
  • Staying informed about the products and services offered to provide accurate information to customers.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A people person, confident of getting out there and speaking to people about products
  • Knowledge of Microsoft systems
