Duties & Responsibilities
- Addressing customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assisting customers in making purchasing decisions, upselling products, and meeting sales targets.
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Handling any issues that arise during the sales process or after a purchase.
- Staying informed about the products and services offered to provide accurate information to customers.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A people person, confident of getting out there and speaking to people about products
- Knowledge of Microsoft systems
