Job Description:
As a Document Controller you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our company’s documentation processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all documents are accurately managed, securely stored, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders. This position is essential in supporting our operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain all document control processes and systems.
Ensure all documents are correctly filed and categorized for easy retrieval.
Review and update documents for accuracy and compliance with company standards.
Coordinate with various departments to gather and distribute necessary documentation.
Maintain a document register to track the status and location of all documents.
Ensure proper archiving of historical documents.
Implement and maintain document control procedures and practices.
Train staff on document control processes and systems as needed.
Assist with audits and inspections by providing necessary documentation.
Continuously improve document management processes and systems.


Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of document control procedures and standards.
Proficiency in document management software and MS Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
