Job Description

Based at our Client’s Northwest Regional Offices – we are looking to appoint an Excel Admin. Long-term temp OR temp to perm if you love the role!

The key elements of the role will be to;

  • Review – Sales / Cost / Stock Data using Word and Excel
  • Update Excel Spreadsheets
  • Copy and Paste Data into Excel and Word to create Reports for Managers
  • Review of Supplier Data / Address details – Main Point of Contact – Pricing Structure etc.

What the role of the Excel / Admin Assistant can offer you;

  • Rate of Pay is £13.00 hr PLUS additional Holiday Pay = a total Pay Rate of £14.57 per hour (rate of pay will be dependent on Excel skills)
  • Hybrid working once training is completed
  • Flexible start and finish times
  • Chance to start mid-October – on a Temporary basis / Weekly Pay
