Job Description
Our Client based in Rochdale are looking to appoint an Export Admin Clerk on a fixed term contract basis. The role will initially be for 12 months, but it is likely that opportunities will arise over the course of the contract
Working for a large Logistics business you will be responsible for accurate invoicing of export shipments, dealing with Customs charging and booking in of invoices electronically.
Key accountabilities will include:
- Daily procedure of Export Invoicing on a per shipment basis, both freight and customs invoices
- Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries / invoice queries via email and telephone
- Electronic booking of inbound purchase invoices from other branches and partners
- Ensure all invoices are issued in time for the monthly BAB deadline
