We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Administrator to join our finance team.
This role provides essential administrative and financial support, helping to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and on time
- Maintain financial records and filing systems
- Support accounts payable and receivable activities
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets
- Respond to finance-related queries and support audits
About You
- Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Comfortable using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
