We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance professional to manage financial planning, reporting, and analysis. The ideal candidate will support business decision-making by providing accurate financial insights and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

What you can expect as a Finance Assistant:

  • Prepare and maintain financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
  • Monitor company expenses, revenue, and cash flow
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable (if applicable)
  • Provide financial advice to management to support strategic decisions
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

Skills for a Finance Assistant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • Proven experience in a finance or accounting role
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks)
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting standards
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, CPA)
  • Experience with financial modelling or data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting processes
