Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and commercially-minded Finance Business Partner to work for one of our market leading clients. This is a senior finance role where you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping them make data-driven decisions and drive performance across the organisation. You will not only analyse numbers but also challenge, influence, and support the business to achieve its strategic objectives.
Finance Business Partner – The Job:
- Partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for assigned business units.
- Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for improvement.
- Support business cases, investment proposals, and capital allocation decisions.
- Translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular reports to management, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, and systems.
Finance Business Partner – The Candidate:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent).
- Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or senior finance professional.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge and influence at all levels.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
