We’re working with a well-established business based in Trafford Park that’s looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to support senior stakeholders and drive commercial decision-making. This is a true partnering role, ideal for someone who enjoys getting under the skin of a business, challenging assumptions, and adding value beyond the numbers.
Finance Business Partner – The Role:
- Act as a trusted finance partner to operational and commercial teams
- Provide insightful management information, forecasting and budgeting
- Analyse performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and influence decisions
- Support strategic planning and business cases
- Improve financial controls, processes and reporting
- Work closely with senior leadership to support growth and profitability
Finance Business Partner – The Responsibilities:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confident analysing data and translating it into clear, actionable insight
- Commercially minded, proactive and comfortable challenging the status quo
Finance Business Partner – The Package:
- Salary up to £60,000 (depending on experience)
