Job Role; Finance Controller – Designate

Location; Oldham – onsite care parking

Salary; c £40,000 – £45,000 with a competitive benefits package

With our Client we are looking to report a Finance Controller – Designate – the role will report to the CEO of the business and will be responsible for end to end Finance and the management of a Finance team of 4,

Our Client is a fast paced / modern and evolving business that has a current TO of over £12m and business plans in place for 5 years and 10 years Growth.

Working end to end Finance with the team means that the FC Designate needs to be hands on / flexible and lead by example character!!

Along side day to day functions of Financial and Management Accounting processes as FC Designate you will also need to work on / oversee;

  • work to review current Finance processes – enhance and change as agreed
  • work as part of the team to implement a new ERP system – this will be a c 2 year project
  • working to develop and enhance the skills of the Finance team – expanding the team as needed
  • working as part of the Senior Management Strategic Team
