Working Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Friday 8:30 am to 4:00 pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Master Data team to maintain accurate product data on SAP for locations in Oldham and Bolton, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with colleagues to enter new products onto SAP for Oldham and Bolton, adhering to agreed business timescales to meet operational requirements
• Efficiently utilize the agreed PCA process to amend product data on SAP in a timely manner
• Play a crucial role in creating, maintaining, modifying, and deleting recipes and BOMs for both new and existing products, supporting efficient production processes
• Contribute to enhancing internal systems to improve data collection and control from other departments, optimizing information flow
• Take on ad hoc projects as required, effectively planning, and executing tasks to support business objectives
• Generate and meticulously track the weekly standard cost change reports, ensuring compliance with deadlines

Candidate Profile:

• Recent graduate in finance or related field, showcasing a strong academic background and a passion for data analysis
• Familiarity with SAP systems is a plus, but not mandatory
• Proficiency in IT tools such as MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Access, enabling efficient data handling
• Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to learn and adapt to achieve critical deadlines and organizational goals
• While manufacturing/food experience is preferable, it is not essential, as we value your ability to learn and grow within the role
• Exhibit the capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a cohesive team
