Job Description
We’re recruiting a Part-Qualified Finance Manager for a well-established food manufacturing business with a strong production footprint and clear growth plans.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Management Accountant or Site Accountant looking to step into a Finance Manager role with real ownership, visibility, and progression.
Finance Manager – The Job:
- Full ownership of the site P&L
- Costing, variance analysis, and margin reporting
- Stock, WIP, and yield analysis
- Monthly management accounts and balance sheet reconciliations
- Supporting budgets and forecasts
- Partnering with operational teams to drive cost control and performance
- Supporting year-end and audit processes
Finance Manager – The Candidate:
- Part-qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA)
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or food production
- Strong management accounting and cost analysis skills
- Comfortable in a site-based, fast-paced environment
- Ambitious and keen to progress to a senior finance role
Finance Manager – The Package:
- £40,000 salary
- Study support towards qualification
- Clear progression to Senior Finance Manager / Financial Controller
