Job Description
We are seeking a Financial Systems Administrator with hands-on experience in CCH Tagetik (Wolters Kluwer) to join our growing finance team in Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in maintaining, optimising, and developing our financial performance management systems to support high-quality reporting, planning, and consolidation processes.
You’ll be the go-to expert for our Tagetik platform – ensuring the system meets business needs, functions efficiently, and evolves alongside our financial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Tagetik platform to ensure system integrity, performance, and availability.
- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to enhance budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation processes.
- Manage system upgrades, user access, and data integration across multiple platforms.
- Provide training and support to users across the organization.
- Lead and support finance transformation projects and continuous process improvements.
- Develop and maintain system documentation, workflows, and control frameworks.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience administering Tagetik in a finance or IT capacity.
- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, planning, and reporting processes.
- Solid background in financial systems, ideally within a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and translating finance requirements into system configurations.
- Proficiency in data integration tools and Excel; experience with SQL or scripting is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
