Internal Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
- Promote customer relations through phone communication, integrating marketing strategies for successful sales.
- Acquire new customers to enhance regional structures and maximize sales potential.
- Optimize customer potential across the product range.
- Prepare quotations, conduct marketing activities, and follow up with customers for supplementary orders.
- Ensure smooth handling of orders and inquiries, providing both commercial and technical support.
- Facilitate internal and external information flow to support sales processes.
- Conduct customer analyses to inform strategic measures.
- Participate in sales planning and utilize sales tools for effective control and analysis.
Internal Sales Consultant Requirements:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
- Goal-driven with a focus on exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
