Our client is a leading business-to-business (B2B) law firm that offers modern legal services that deviate from traditional practices. They serve UK businesses of all sizes, providing a range of legal options that are 100% commercially focused. And they are looking for an Administrator to provide administrative support to the business.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle calls and greet visitors in a polite, professional, and friendly way.
  • Diary management; booking and rearranging of meetings and events; making travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Open new matters and allocate to the legal team using the Company’s case management software.
  • Send acknowledgment correspondence.
  • Perform general administration including scanning, photocopying, printing, and posting letters and filing.
  • Help organise and send starter packs for new recruits

Skills & responsibilities

  • Must have a minimum 1 years’ experience working in a Similar Office / Admin Environment
  • Strong Academic Background
  • Good Communication / IT Skills – including Microsoft Package
  •  Legal experience would be beneficial not essential
