Job Role; Legal Secretary
Location; Rochdale
Salary; c £22,500 plus a comprehensive benefits package

Our Rochdale based client is looking to appoint a permanent Legal Secretary on a full-time basis to complete and manage a range of secretarial and administration processes.
Role:
Reporting to one of the Legal Partners and providing support to a busy legal team. Duties will include; Responding to queries, data entry, reviewing income and expenditures with Clients, monitoring and progressing paperwork, liaising with clients via email and telephone communications, liaise with Solicitors to progress cases and general admin duties – scanning, filing and archiving
Personal Profile:
- Legal Secretarial experience
- Experience working within property Law
- High Level Attention to detail
- Ability to audio type
- Experience using case management systems
- Proactive / self-motivated
- Able to act with integrity and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Good Communication skills both written and verbal
- Well organised
- Good knowledge of the Microsoft package
