Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their team in Bury. This is a hands-on role focusing on control panel manufacturing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Maintenance Engineer – The Job:
- Manufacture, assemble, and maintain control panels.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults.
- Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports.
Maintenance Engineer – The Person:
- Proven experience in control panel manufacturing and troubleshooting.
- Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Health & safety conscious with experience working in a workshop/industrial environment.
