Position Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Management Accountant to play a pivotal role in our finance department. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing financial data, preparing reports, and providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, identifying trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare accurate and timely management reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather financial data and provide support during budgeting processes.
• Evaluate existing financial processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing enhancements to streamline operations.
• Monitor financial performance, highlighting key trends and deviations from budgets and forecasts.
• Work closely with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations to support business growth.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA) is highly desirable.
• Minimum of [X years] of proven experience as a Management Accountant in a dynamic and results-oriented environment.
