We’re working with a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Manchester with multiple UK sites, who are looking to add a driven and ambitious Management Accountant to their finance team.

What you’ll be doing:

As a key part of the finance function, you will support the Financial Controller and work closely with site operational teams. This is a multi-site role that offers exposure across a dynamic, fast-paced business, with excellent opportunities for progression.

Management Accountant – Responsibilities:

• Preparing monthly management accounts and analysis for multiple sites
• Business partnering with operational and commercial teams to support performance
• Variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Supporting cost control and margin analysis initiatives
• Assisting with year-end audit and statutory reporting
• Contributing to continuous improvement across finance processes

Management Accountant – Your Background:

• Part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA)
• Experience within manufacturing or FMCG sectors (preferred but not essential)
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and building relationships with non-finance stakeholders
• Proactive, commercially minded, and eager to learn and grow
