MS Dynamics User
Job Description
We are looking for a MS Dynamics User to join our Client to support the daily operations, data management, and process optimization using the Dynamics 365 platform, within their Finance Department
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Sales, Customer Service, etc.) to manage daily tasks and workflows.
- Ensure data integrity by accurately entering, updating, and validating records.
- Generate and interpret reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Ability to create training plans
- Act as the first point of contact for Dynamics-related issues within the team.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements or troubleshooting
What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- Strong understanding of CRM or ERP modules relevant to the business area
- Familiarity with workflows, security roles, and user configuration in Dynamics 365.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate or custom reporting.
- Experience in supporting system documentation and training materials.
