Job Description
The National Accounts Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the National Accounts team, ensuring accurate account management, smooth coordination with internal departments, and high-quality service delivery to key national customers. This role is detail-oriented, highly organized, and critical to maintaining strong client relationships.
National Accounts Administrator – Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to National Account Managers
- Set up and maintain national account records, contracts, pricing, and documentation
- Process orders, quotes, invoices, credits, and account changes accurately and on time
- Act as a point of contact for internal teams (sales, finance, logistics, customer service) regarding national accounts
- Monitor account compliance with contractual terms and service-level agreements
- Prepare reports, summaries, and data analysis related to national account performance
- Coordinate onboarding of new national accounts and support renewals or contract updates
- Resolve routine account issues and escalate complex matters as needed
- Maintain accurate records in CRM, ERP, or other internal systems
- Support audits, pricing reviews, and account reconciliations
