You’ll play a crucial role in maintaining financial order within our creative hub. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Recording financial transactions, including supplier invoices and sales receipts.
- Managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring prompt payments and receipts.
- Reconciling bank statements to guarantee financial accuracy.
- Collaborating with our finance team to prepare budgets and financial reports.
- Keeping an organized record of financial data and receipts.
- Handling occasional financial inquiries and providing support.
Office Manager duties :
- Ensuring the smooth running of a busy office
- Monitor and manage supplier / customer accounts – Terms & Conditions / Account details / Credit Searches
- Manage shipping documents
- Maintaining HR records
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- Bookkeeping and accounting knowledge
- IT skills including Excel
- A proactive approach
- Ability to talk to stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills
- Previous SAGE 200 experience is desirable
