Job Role; Part Time Purchase Ledger

Location; Pilsworth – on site car parking

Rate of Pay will be dependent on experience and will range from £12.00 – £14,00 per hour PLUS HOLIDAY PAY

Our Client has an immediate opening for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant – 20 hours a week across 4 days – which can be negotiated. Hours will typically be 9.30 am – 3.00 pm with a 30 mins lunch break.

The role will include;

  1. Posting invoices/credits
  2. Coding/matching invoices to GL codes or receipts
  3. Statement reconciliations
  4. Dealing with supplier queries
  5. Assisting with weekly payment runs
