Job Description
Recruitment Solutions are working to appoint a Payment Controller for our Client based in North Manchester – they are walking distance from Victoria train station and close car parking in the Northern / Ancoats Quarter.
Our Client has been a leading player in the UK and International Service Sector – across a range areas including Energy / Environment and Farming, As they continue to extend their services they are looking to appoint an experienced Payment Controller.
SKILLS and EXPERIENCE needed to be suited to the Payments Controller
- AAT – Part Qualified is preferred but not essential
- Strong Excel skills – to include V Look Ups – the ability to prepare Reports and Analyze Data
- CRM System – to Allocate and Reconcile Payments
- Large Complex Company experience – working with larger volumes of Cash Allocations
- Ability to resolve Unallocated Payments – working with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Experience of processing Payments mainly via BACS but also occasional Card Payments or Transfers
- Journal Entries – experience is using Journal entries to correct make Adjustments

- Annual Salary c £29,000 – £32,000 – dependent on experience and qualifications
