Responsibilities as Personal Assistant include
- Diary Management
- Managing the Directors’ Vehicles/Insurances
- Document and meeting preparation
- Travel Itineraries
- Meeting minutes and outcomes
- Documentation management – Post/Emails
What you need to bring:
- Strong Excel Skills – Spreadsheets/tables etc
- Finance Experience including costings
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to quickly adapt
