Responsibilities as Personal Assistant include

  • Diary Management
  • Managing the Directors’ Vehicles/Insurances
  • Document and meeting preparation
  • Travel Itineraries
  • Meeting minutes and outcomes
  • Documentation management – Post/Emails

What you need to bring:

  • Strong Excel Skills – Spreadsheets/tables etc
  • Finance Experience including costings
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt
