Responsibilities as Property Administrator

  • Upkeep of Property Maintenance, day to day tasks and Co-ordination
  • Provide aftercare support
  • Appointing duties to contractors ensuring tasks are completed
  • Monitor and Manage compliance
  • Manage Utility operations
  • Liaise with Internal teams
  • Manage Inventory office supplies and general office administration

  • Experience in a similar Role
  • A can-do attitude
  • Ability to priorities workload
