Responsibilities as Property Administrator
- Upkeep of Property Maintenance, day to day tasks and Co-ordination
- Provide aftercare support
- Appointing duties to contractors ensuring tasks are completed
- Monitor and Manage compliance
- Manage Utility operations
- Liaise with Internal teams
- Manage Inventory office supplies and general office administration
What you need to bring:
- Experience in a similar Role
- A can-do attitude
- Ability to priorities workload
