The Company head office is based at a location just outside the Centre of Manchester.
Our client is currently looking for a Property Services Administrator to join their busy team.
What you will be doing:
- Overseeing the processes of procurement and tendering of facility management services for a large client base
- Raising purchase orders for services
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers
- Adhering to budgets set out by clients
- Ensuring clients standards are met or exceeded at all times
- Supporting Category Managers across the business’ service lines
- Exploiting performance improvement opportunities
- Negotiate price points
What you need to bring:

- Negotiation skills
- Ability to think strategically
- Team player and collaborative worker
