Job Role – Purchase Administration

Location – Heywood, ideally a Car Owner

Salary – Up to £20,000

Working Hours – Monday to Friday – 12-month FTC with potential to go permanent!

Consultants – Rebecca Mayall and Joshua Hallett

Our client in Heywood is looking to appoint an experienced Purchasing Administrator to join their expanding team!

Daily duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Contact Suppliers by Email and Telephone to chase delivery dates
  • Input relevant information into the in-house system
  • Action all purchase requests and enquiries
  • Manage a busy Email Inbox
  • Place Purchase Orders onto the System
  • Liaise with Suppliers on a weekly basis
  • Liaise with stores regarding delivery discrepancies / issues
  • Work towards a monthly Purchasing target
  • Other General ad hoc duties
