Job Description

Working with a local Client based in Rochdale I am looking to appoint a Quality Assurance  Assistant on a permanent basis.

Primary responsibility of this role is to complete a specific number of call quality assessments each week, and also provide feedback to the Agent and Team Manager. The role will undertake account audits and provide accurate and timely management information to the Quality Assurance Manager

Duties will include:

  • Ensure each member of the relevant team receives the specified number of call assessments and account audits monthly
  • Ensure all call assessments and account audits are fed back to team member
  • Provide coaching and action plans round the agents individual development areas
  • Ensure quality assurance checks are focused on appropriate and fair solutions for the Customer
  • Ensure all quality assurance checks are completed in line with company policy
  • Provide accurate and timely management information to the Quality Assurance Manager on call assessment and account audit results

To be considered for this role you will need to have some experience within financial services and call monitoring within a regulated financial services environment. You will also need experience of coaching and delivering feedback including developing people
