Salary; £23,000 with a generous benefits package

The Receptionist will be a part of the Finance Department and report directly into the Finance Manager.
Attributes/Skills/Competencies
- A well-presented individual who is confident and cheerful, and provides excellent customer service via both telephone & face to face
- Ensure a high level of internal customer service is upheld at all times
- Experience of using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Capable of working autonomously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach
- Ability to work in a fast paced, busy environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise workload
Role/Responsibilities
- Managing the phone system, including answering all incoming calls, transferring calls, screening calls and taking messages
- All reception functions including greeting visitors; managing the meeting room bookings and ensuring that the reception and meeting rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Managing the incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering workwear and other office supplies as needed
- Offer general administrative support to the Finance Team, e.g. filing, coding purchase ledger invoices & supplier statement reconciliations
- Build effective working relationships internally and externally
- Complete all duties in an accurate and timely manner
- To work in a safe manner following agreed Health and Safety policy and procedures. Works to ensure that wherever possible tasks carried out minimise environmental impact.
- Adheres to all Company rules and Policies.
- Any other duties reasonably associated with your role.
